Assuming there is an end, probably nothing. Like, literally nothing. But wouldn't nothing still be something? That's what I love about space because it's probably something that we can't even begin to comprehend. Unfortunately I don't think we'll ever find out.

Theres no end, and it will only get bigger. With stars blowing up and creating more galaxies. The estimate of galaxies now is 200-400 billion.
