DEFINTELY don't consider NYC/Long Island. It is the most expensive real estate location in the WORLD. I live here, in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 floor with basement and attic with 40x100 ft property. I believe my parents bought it for $850,000 which is really common in the area. But with all the renovating we've done, it can sell easily for $1 mill+. There are even apartments for several hundred thousand dollars here. Plus the violence is increasing too. Hoods and ghettos are around NYC and the violence committed by these kids, some I am even friends with, are increasing around the area. My friend from elementary school just got locked up for 9 years for robbing a Mercedes and then crashed it. He had like 13 felonies at 17 years old. Basically the nicer the neighborhood, the more expensive it is. Never saw a house of any size for sale under $400K. The really really small homes are $500K+ and I mean they're really small, too small for a family of more than 3

Don't live in New York state, California, or Florida. Those are probably going to be the top three most expensive places to live. Albeit, you could probably find some cheaper property in the more northern parts of Florida. Especially out in the boonies. I reckon property could be dirt cheap in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and maybe Minnesota.

Im living in New York right now and houses are not that expensive. You can buy a nice 2 story house with 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms for around 95,000

Well it depends where in NY you live. I got family upstate and their homes are HUGE and so are their properties that come with some bears and deer lol but for a fraction of the price compared to a common, regular standard home down in NYC.

Sweet jesus. Mother of God

Obviously we're not talking about Manhattan but damn man. You'd be lucky to find a house that cheap in Florida lmao.

I recommend Texas for the job availability, cheap single houses, low crime rate and relatively low cost of living compared to other states. This is all according to my friend who owns a 2500+ sq ft. single house with a large backyard in a safe neighborhood. I'm from VA and I can tell you first hand its real tough here. I'm actually thinking about moving to Texas myself in the near future.

Southern NY isn't too bad in terms of housing costs. However the areas aren't all that nice. Them meth labs ain't no joke.

LMAO don't live in Cali. Gas prices suck, Everything is expensive, neighborhoods are annoying, college is expensive af, and it's difficult to find jobs. However, if you're looking for some pretty hot people, we got u covered.
