I don't like the term "stoner" though, its very demeaning

I smoked weed a total of three times. Haven't had a bowl in six years. Definitely won't label myself a stoner. It was one of those things I did for the experience, and decided that smoking marijuana would impede me from doing various things. Then I found out marijuana usage has no real bearing on whether or not you'll be able to enlist. Granted, it's worth stretching the truth so you don't end up missing out on certain MOS fields. :whistle:

I haven't done it or tried it. It's weird at parties your own friends are uncomfortable around you when you don't join in. It doesn't bother me, people can do whatever they want but then why is my choice not to join in end up bothering them?

I mean the only time people shouldn't smoke too much is when we're playing and I need the team to focus! One guy in Destiny was so high he forgot what planet he was on and my name...

I have a lot of respect for people like you. And I know what you're referring to. I've got a friend who has never smoked, or drank in his entire life and will continue his tradition if you will. All of us are respectful of his decision but when we go to larger parties a lot of people who don't know him are bothered by his choice. I look at it this way. Everyone will come to like you especially if you DD for your friends who do like to drink or smoke.

Thanks it's not something hard to do, trust me you save a lot of money lol! Yeah you are definitely popular because you're always the DD. It's like at bigger parties they think you're the snitch or something which is weird, someone would obviously blend in better and not come with friends if they were an outsider.
