So i am having a problem, I am having a money crisis which means i cannot renew my gym membership again!

So i am calling out to you guys to help me with a routine!


So at home i have a set of dumbbells and a bulldog worker X6

I am asking for a routine you would do if you had this equipment to work on ARMS

The best routine gets rep from me!

Okay so with the Dumbbells alone here's some pretty simple workouts you can do:

20 Reps of Overhead Press
20 Reps of Triceps Chops
10 Reps per side of Rear Fly to Press Back &
20 Reps of Inverted Curl to Front Press

I feel those are pretty good at working the arms and if you stay consistent you should see results. Hopefully it helps you out man Smile

results that will cause muscular imbalances with the rest of your body :c Look up full body workouts. Don't just train arms.

Well he said Arms only and that's what those are intended for. If he ends up with big ass arms and everything else not so much then i'm not taking responsibility for that Happy
