Okay so with the Dumbbells alone here's some pretty simple workouts you can do:
20 Reps of Overhead Press
20 Reps of Triceps Chops
10 Reps per side of Rear Fly to Press Back &
20 Reps of Inverted Curl to Front Press
I feel those are pretty good at working the arms and if you stay consistent you should see results. Hopefully it helps you out man
