Heath Ledger's Joker, Tom Hardy's Bane, Tom Hardy from The Revenant, Saruman from LOTR.

Waltz was great as Landa, I remember when he won the Oscar he was so embarrassed for having so successfully played such a reviled character. I wish the writers gave him that same wickedness into Spectre. Every time he said "cuckoo" to Bond, it just destroyed the Blofeld character. Why are you wasting Waltz?!

Other villains I actually enjoyed like Ricardo Montalban in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, or the early Blofelds, even Biff from BTTF was great, I always was happy as a kid to see manure go on him hehe.
