I don't like xyz because they are 123 and you ask them why exactly they are 123, their response is oh well go look it up. It's like bitch I shouldn't have to look up information to backup your bullshit claim. Either have the information or shut the fuck up.

Yea I know that pain. I have a friend who is in the same boat. People getting moved in for roughly the same position at a higher pay and they don't even do the work that the position requires. They end up doing the shit they were doing prior to their move but making a fuck ton more.
