A lot of YouTubers have come forward and supported H3H3 and donated because the lawsuit could take up to 2 years which could get very expensive. They estimated it would cost around $100,000.

So, in order to help them, a YouTuber named Philip DeFranco started a GoFundMe and set the goal to $100,000 and he started it out with a $5,000 donation. With hundreds of thousands of people seeing the link and the video, they each donated little by little and now, they are well over $150,000 out of $100,000 and it has only been 4 days.

After seeing the donations, they said it would cost a little less and that the rest of the money would go into an Esgrow account where they will be depositing money into it and help any YouTuber that is sued under Copyright Infringement even though that it is Fair Use.

They made a Twitter called FUPA, which stands for the Fair Use Protection Account.
