Today I was the scariest day of my life to date.

I had not long got to my friends garage where we was going to make an exhaust for my car as we'd put a bigger engine in last weekend.

Before we started he asked me to get him some food which I happily said I would get him some (kind of a payment to helping me out).

Anyways, I've just got him some food and found him in the next garage along speaking with a 2 of the men who work there, which I kind of know from going to my friends garage.
After we had a little bit of a laugh and joke, me and my friend said we'd crack on and make my exhaust so we could go out drifting tonight as the weather report said it was going to rain (yay!).

Me and my friend just started to walk out of this garage to his one when out of the corner of my eye I saw one of the men spraying brake cleaner from a bottle and then lit it with a lighter. Next thing I know I'm head to toe on fire, I've ran around for a few seconds to try put the fire out. This however didn't work so dropped to the floor and luckily enough into a puddle of water.
After rolling around back and forth in this puddle the fire went out.
All of this lasted around a minute max.

I then got to my feet, took my shorts and top off as I'm using every swear word under the Sun.

At this point my friend, the person who done it and the other man who work next door didn't know what to do with themselves. After making sure I was okay, I then got them to phone 999 (emergency services) to get an Ambulance for me as I was in so much pain.
At this point I get the phone handed to me and this women starts to ask me 21 questions and to be honest I couldn't get a shit what she was saying as I wanted an ambulance to come out ASAP.

Skip 5 or so minutes when they finally arrived. I was taken to the kitchen in my friends garage to pretty much be covered in water for 20 minutes.
After this had happened, I had the boss of the person who set me on fire, he asked if I wanted him to be sacked, asked how I was feeling now etc.. I didn't want him to be sacked at this point, I saw this as a very bad and unlucky accident.

Next thing I know I'm lead into the Ambulance to be given painkillers and get me ready to go to the Hospital.

From that point its a blur, I don't really remember a whole deal from then on.

The burns I have are on my left leg, left forearm, right inside of my leg and some minor burns to my head. I've been told that hopefully this shouldn't scare so fingers crossed!

I have some photos I took in the hospital after I had bandages put on with stuff for the burns.

Just a small FYI in one of the photos my big toe looks fucking huge. I can assure you my big toe is normal length and I've got no idea why it looks so long.

Sorry if this is hard to make sense of, I'm petty high on morphine and other pills they've given me right now.

Can't remember how much I've told here and I can't be bothered to read what I have posted as I've just woken up and Davey has kept on at me to update this :fa://

Anyways, I appealed the Police's decision and they've come back and pretty much said theres not enough evidence to prosecute the person who done it.
This sucks however I have the right to appeal it again which I'm going to.

I'm currently pursuing to sue the company who this person was employed by because it was in his work time and on work premises.

I still don't see how you caught on fire, unless the dude spraying brake cleaner was spraying it directly on you or if it exploded. Though if it did explode, I don't see how it only affected you.

I have new photos I shall post when I can.

I came into hospital on Tuesday to have some scans done of all the burns to see how bad they really are. The one on my left leg is the worst and my hand is also quite bad too.
I've been told I shouldn't need any skin grafts which is amazing but I may need them if things don't heal up on their own.

The drugs I've been given have really knocked me for six, but I'm still in a hell of a lot of pain and when I try to walk its extremely painful. Each day that goes past is harder for me to walk and do every day things like go to the toilet etc.

Im currently still in hospital and I will be for another day or so. Im waiting for a blood test right now to see if I have any infections and it'll also show why I'm in so much pain in my legs.
