Fucking wonderful news, I'm glad the British public weren't put off by the scare mongering and negative rhetoric the remain side was spreading. I stayed up all night and watch the results, was glorious seeing the first proper announcement around midnight with a remain strong hold only just going remain and a weak leave going very strongly to leave, then that set the pace for the whole night. I was celebrating hard at 20 to 5 though when the BBC forecast leave to with then stayed up till 6am to watch us tick over the 6.8 million to formally win. The UK has a bright future ahead of it now, and this should serve as a wake up call to the EU that it just isn't working. Yes the pound is tanking hard right now, that was expected due to the uncertainty, it will recover though and in the end we will come out strong.

Cameron also just announced his resignation saying he wants a new PM by October. Glorious change.

Do you honestly think the EU was really working for us? Being told what we can and can't do?
Agreed I voted out and I'm quite happy with the outcome however its not all good. Yes being inside the EU had come benefits I'm sure but overall we are much better outside of it with a good relationship and trade deals with the EU.
