The simple answer to this question is don't worry about it, so what if you did say that, he's not going to press charges against you. Just don't do it again. Also it is not possible to get up to 10 years in Juvenile.

If it's a school matter, no cops cannot be involved, it's the schools decision to suspend or not. ( They could make you talk to an actual officer of the law, to scare you.)
