Hate crime:
Hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, or political affiliation.[1]
"Hate crime" generally refers to criminal acts which are seen to have been motivated by hatred of one or more of the listed conditions. Incidents may involve physical assault, damage to property, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse or insults, or offensive graffiti or letters.[2]

Hahaha no whoever said thats just trying to scare you. Sure they could try to sue/press charges on you for something like a hate crime that caused "emotional Distress" or what ever, but you could not be taken to a jail/prison/juvie for just saying something like that. Plus you couldnt even take that to court cause it would just become a he-said she-said thing which would require a biased opinion to have a real outcome so it would be thrown out.

Simple answer, don't do it.
What I don't understand is why nobody like Jewish people. Like, forever (really) they have been victimised. Why? And more to the point, why carry it on? What's YOUR reason to the dislike of Jews? Not anybody elses, but your own, bearing in mind if people still have their own opinions of course.

not much lol besides it prolly wouldnt hold up to well in court cause it wasnt that serious... and thats just teenagers being themselves... but the way america and the world is getting these days no telling what they COULD do ....... but i really dont think they will do anything to you... UNLESS you constantly do it every day then they could and prolly would take actions =) if that helped

its not that anybody is actually purposely trying to hate on jews most people who say that its just slang... but your right its wrong.. and like i said most people who say it when they say you jew it doesnt connect to the actual jewish religion
