In Flames Much?
Sure some of you want to watch the site burn and others want to watch it glow in glory. Can be nothing short of impossible collecting feedback due this fundamental fact. Having a clear goal with strong management is required in order to be successful. Enjoyed my time on management even if you guys can cause some serious issues. Hours of work which only limited number said thank you. Must understand the limits with resources in front of you focus on what is needed over wanted.
Not going to share the secrets or negative views.
Last couple of years have been rough for me and avoided bringing it to the site. Quite simply time to move on to bigger challenges, like to thank Travis for giving me the opportunity. Not until something is gone you remember how much you miss it.

I truly feel that those who want to watch this place burn severely outnumber those who want to see it grow and prosper, and it's frankly fucking pathetic that this place caters to the trolls "because they're funny, hur hur ur just salty" and to those who want to see NGU fail.
I know this thread wasn't made by you, and I just saw it myself after I was messaged by a Reddit Admin for taking control of another subreddit.

RTS you was the one legit Admin I knew I could always count on outside of Travis whenever I needed something. Always straight with people and put trolls in their place while rewarding and praising those who were truly trying to help NGU. Truly one of the greats is gone and you will be sorely missed. Thanks for everything you did, and don't be a stranger.

Never stays the same
Site is transforming with audience moving direction. Only dies when nobody comes online anymore. Nature of people coming to the site now is different. We won't reach the same levels but cup is still half full. Not going to discuss anything else on the subject apart from say I failed with my original goal in mind.
