The country was in serious choas before the earthquake. They have serious governmental problems, civil wars, rioting, looting, etc. They're pretty much the same as Somolia.
Now an earthquake hits them, and knocks down they're mud huts and shacks, buidling that families built over generations, with no building codes. What were they thinking? Suddenly all sorts of money and help is just sent over to them? Why? Did they even ask us to help?
Obama pledged $100million for help aid? How about spending that money on America, or California, we could use it right about now. No, he wants to make sure he's the biggest asshole to help poor Haiti, to look good infront of the planet.
No, they get enough help without me spending $10 of my cell phone bill.

It's to true. Is Haiti in trouble right now? Yes. But honestly, we are spending money we don't have. It's our countries money, and we are just barely pulling out of a recession, and now we are sending them $100 million? We need that money, we don't have it to give to another country. Sorry, Haiti.

lol don't say sorry "Haiti" as if they won't send it. If Obama said that, he will send it, he is the president, maybe if you were one of those people (even here in USA) you would say "help, because this is one of the richest country" so $100 millions is nothing for this country. If you're complaining about helping, why don't you complain about fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq
