But:
Xbox Anywhere (New feature which allows developers to make their title available on Windows 10 and Xbox One, cross platform play) buy the game once get it on both platforms.
Backwards Compatibility (Hundreds of 360 games available on Xbox One such as BO1 and RDR)
Xbox One S has the same hardware but is clocked higher (basically overclocked) so may effect its offset to the PS4 in terms of games (less scaling and more native 1080p gaming)
Also if you go for the Xbox One S it had HDR and 4K video streaming/playback and comes with a controller you can use on PC without a dongle if you have a PC to game on.
Like said above has a good range of media options and is linked heavily with Windows 10, they have just started to merge the Windows 10 store with the Xbox store so if you use Windows 10 on a work PC daily it may benefit you with usability.
Also with the XOS (The old Xbox model doesn't really compare) its on par in terms of size to the PS4 with no external power brick, and I personally like the look of it.
End of the day if all your friends on a PS4 and no one you know is on an XB1 then don't get one, it wont be as fun.
