Post: The Icelandic Financial Crisis - Part IceSave

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); It all started in 2007 when "Landsbankinn" (translated as Country Bank) made saving accounts in Holland and Britain. These saving accounts had so much interests that no-one in both countries could beat them - but ofcourse with great profit comes great risk(common sense) - and people started putting their money into these accounts. In october 2008 when the financial system in Iceland collapsed, IceSave collapsed also and all the money was lost. Very soon after that, Gordon Brown the prime minister of Britain just paid every single human in Britain that put his savings into IceSave 50.000 Euros(72.000$ and 44.098GBP). 1. He didn't need to pay this, there was nothing in the British laws or the Europe Commissé laws that told he had to pay it. 2. IF he had to pay it, the minimum amount was 20.887€. Then shortly after these payments, the British government started to moan at the Icelandic government(wich is communistic-sosialistic) to pay Britain the amount they paid to British savers. That amount is 643.241.939,37$ and 393.817.071,97GBP. In Icelandic KR it is 800 billions, and Icelandic people are supposed to pay this till 2024! But by everyday that goes by, it becomes clearer that Icelanders are not to pay this, but this very idiotic government we have seems to hate us, Icelanders, because it is doing everything they can to make us pay!

I am an Icelander, i am very interested in politics and i do not support the government, which is occupied by a 67 year old feminist lesbian(no racist!) and a man in his 60's that LOVES POWER AND CONTROL I am an proud supporter of The Independence Party(Sjálfstæðisflokkurinn) wich is a capitalist party.
