What's so good about it anyways, you always see people begging for rep and thanks after an ordinary comment like this; "Wow dude, nice glitch, rep and thanks pl0x!!" I mean cmon, why would anyone rep someone for such a mundane comment, I mean can you trade in rep for cookies? Or something as awesome as cookies, why does everyone seem to beg on their hands and knees, while licking people boots, just to get a bit of undeserved rep? Can someone please answer this?

But Yeah , You got it spot on , I saw someone with 20 something posts and 300 something rep?
They also boost their rep with fake accounts!
What's the point risking you main account for some rep!
It won't even be worth anything when your banned!

It's because alot of people want to either look good or they want to look trusted or some other reason idk...

I'd rather get rep legit and keep my account than boost rep and get banned

Ya it doesn't seem worth it to me. When you REALLY earn rep people will know you and you'll be better off than just boosting it.

i personally think it all evens itself out anyways because most people choose not to rep even though somebody left a comment that deserved some thanks or rep. so when people just rep for the sake of it, it kind evens itself out for the most part. rep boosting on the other hand is stupid and is against the rules.
