you should be fine then, they usually say that to cover their work and make sure the tint adhears to the glass completely. However, the real test would be leave parked in the sun all day and see what it does.
Okay, well the next morning there was a bubble in the bottom of the window. I rubbed it out, it looked okay, then I came back after it was sitting in the hot sun all day, and the bubble was completely gone. Looked fine. I think the heat saved me!
