Diesel. Nothing beats driving a 4th gen Cummins on 37s. Although I got a junker 7.3 that I probably shouldn't have bought Them feels

In terms of lasting long? A diesel engine lasts much longer than a standard gasoline engine.
In terms of fuel payment? A standard gasoline engine is way better.
A diesel isn't really convential for any use other than towing something heavy.
I've seen diesel engines go upwards of 900,000 miles.
If I had to pull stuff for a living, definitely a diesel, but if I didn't, definitely a gasoline engine.
But if I didn't care about paying for fuel, I'd much rather personally have a diesel.

depending on what ur buying a diesel gets much better high mileage weight wise, i mean a 2500 truck thats gas gets 10 on a great day that same truck with a diesel engine gets 15-20 in case of mid 2000s trucks, even older trucks like early 90s dodges get around 25 not beatin on them
