More to the point: shoutbox can be dead a times, because a lot of people on here come for the GTA V or other mods, and never post enough to even know there's a shoutbox feature. There's always gonna be more lurkers than members because guests don't feel the desire to register if they're just reading a simple guide. They will then register solely to see the hidden download links, and go back to lurking as guest.

Eh, there's more than one game that runs on 1.76, maybe try modding Knack? Hydro says Watch_Dogs 2 runs on 1.76 (don't see how), so maybe look into that. Doesn't have to be strictly GTA V. I think the community would flourish incredibly if the jailbreak pops up...but so far Chaitin screwed that up, and some devs have alluded to knowing the exploits, so only time will tell.

And so far, a lot of functionality on PS4 dev scene has been inspired by Henkaku on the Vita.
