More to the point: shoutbox can be dead a times, because a lot of people on here come for the GTA V or other mods, and never post enough to even know there's a shoutbox feature. There's always gonna be more lurkers than members because guests don't feel the desire to register if they're just reading a simple guide. They will then register solely to see the hidden download links, and go back to lurking as guest.
 Yeh that's true, I've done that on loads of sites tbh, why I didn't mention the 2M users, but still there's always an excess of 200 members at any one time.
Could just be coming from the 2010/2011 days, the forum feels dead af, I've held 1/4 of the front page since I joined.

Oh it's not hard to hold front page. I've done it many of times. It just shows how much browsing you do. Don't worry, if you look here: You must login or register to view this content., we can see PS4 Mod Section is the second most viewed forum in the last month. It means that there's an audience coming to NGU for the latest in news on what can be done on the PlayStation 4. We've seen what NGU users You must login or register to view this content. and You must login or register to view this content. have done so far with modding the PS4. And one would expect great things to come from the likes of Red-Eye, SC, Shark, Specter, Tustin, Kryptus, among others, as the PS4 scene advances. If the 4.01 jailbreak Chaitin used ever gets posted... the activity on NGU will increase significantly, especially considering the widespread ease of getting a 1.76 to 4.01 console.

Detailed af like it
& yeh been following the PS4 status, that's what brought me back after 5 years, hopefully the community flourishes like when geohot dropped the 3.55 one.
BadChoicesZ & 2much4u are the ones who dropped the GTA 5 1.76 menu weren't they? Had a read the other day, come quite far since the start of the year.
Getting a 1.76 shortly after Christmas to have a look myself might try to contribute a little, if I can do anything

Eh, there's more than one game that runs on 1.76, maybe try modding Knack? Hydro says Watch_Dogs 2 runs on 1.76 (don't see how), so maybe look into that. Doesn't have to be strictly GTA V. I may get a 1.76 around my birthday :p Still wondering all that would be possible with reverse engineering the psvr
I think the community would flourish incredibly if the jailbreak pops up...but so far Chaitin screwed that up, and some devs have alluded to knowing the exploits, so only time will tell.
And so far, a lot of functionality on PS4 dev scene has been inspired by Henkaku on the Vita.
