for people that have a sleep issue try "Cupping" it's a healthy thing to do every year or so, it sucks the old blood out of you and let your body generates new blood.
the benefits are that you will suffer less laziness and give you some appetite for daily stuff at least that what I experienced, before cupping my time was daily 14h, not one day BUT ALL TIME.
but now I sleep 7h to 11h still too much because of my lifestyle no sports, or similar stuff. anyway, do cupping its super awesome.
