Facebook indefinitely. Overtime, Facebook has definitely grown, and as it gains more features and capabilities, there really is no reason why you shouldn't be on Facebook.

By the way, you should add Twitter to the list. When it comes to Social Networking, Twitter is definitely up there. Winky Winky

I think myspace is more for music artists etc to promote themselves and facebook is primarily a social networking site for friends and family. Thats the way i see it anyway. I only use facebook.
