(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); One time I fell into a canal in Venice, Italy and I can't swim and some how my leg got tangled to a rope from a boat there and I was underwater. I was down there for about a minute give or take a few seconds and I remember the feeling that you know there's no more air in your lungs and you start believing you're going to die so you think about all the things you love and would have love to do in the future. Luckily I was saved in time. To this day, I still can't swim apparently

while driving i hit black ice at about 40 mph. truck spun around and hit a phone pole. tossed my out of the driver seat thru the passenger side window. i got up and looked at my truck. The driver side door was inside and past the steering wheel. The officer said if i was wearing my seat belt it would have killed me

Your mother!
This is a serious thread. I don't know if i've ever came close to these kind of scenarios thankfully. I'm glad you guys are still alive though, miracles happen every day.

I don't know, man. I took lessons like 9 years ago and I haven't swam since then. I'm guessing I forgot. It's even weirder due to the fact I'm an Aquarius

Yeah but they were free lessons that they gave at school so they weren't the best. Plus that was nearly 10 years ago and I literally haven't swam since then lol

Gotta risk it for the biscuit
I'd like to consider myself pretty adventurous and I could talk about a couple but the following story is the one that sticks out the most to me...

So I was 17 at the time and I was with my ex-girlfriend and we decided that it'd be cool to go drive around in the canyons after a pretty decent rain storm (genius right?) so I was pretty familiar with the roads and I had a pretty good idea where I was going as I like to drive the canyons and clear my mind when life does its thing.. anyway, it was an amazing drive, everything was freshly green from the rain which is a rare sight in southern california.. so like I said, it rained pretty well and some of the roads flooded causing me to take some backroads that I hadn't experienced before and wasn't very familiar with. In addition to it being slick I was running tires that were pretty bald which didn't help my tread whatsoever so long story short I was going around this tight turn and my back end gave out on me causing me to spin out on to the side of the cliff that overlooked about 120ft drop.. there was no guardrail and if it hadn't been for my e-break and the very muddy/rocky edge as well as my fast reflexes my girlfriend and I would've gone over and dropped where we'd probably die because we'd be fucked up, stranded, and no one would be able to find us.

Still remember it like it was yesterday, scariest moment of my life.
