Religion. There's nothing wrong with believing in something but religion is the leading cause of death of human beings through war when disregarding disease/natural causes.

I agree with Frog. We have 0 concrete proof that any religion is correct or that any theoretical god exists. Only accounts of those who have 'died' and 'came back to life' that give their accounts of what they 'saw'.

Religion is the root cause of well over 75% of all wars throughout recorded history.

Nigggerisim is also a fatal flaw. The fact that people think it's okay to act this way is baffling. If you think that the term niggger refers only to black people, then you're part of the problem because that can't be further from the truth.

There's blacks, whites, asians, mexicans, etc and then there's nigggers. Every race has them, every ethnicity has them, and quite frankly the world would be better off without them. They're often the most stupid of every race/ethnicity.
