Im in the top class for absoulutely everything and some of my teachers think because were of the maturer group we are allowed to recieve more critisism more about out life rather than work.

Okai, i'm obese *yeh haha!* and it was just after lunch I came into my English class to find my usual teacher, she literally looks 70 odd and it's as if she is high all the time, she mixxes names and can never configure a sentance properly, yet she thinks because of her power over me she has the right to literally call me lazy, fat and she once joked that i'd been to weight-watchers one time and I replied with an age joke and got suspended but anyway on topic. What can I do? My mumthinks i'm over-exaggerating and to step-up and deal with it, Can't tell head-teacher or someone of equal power becuase staff stick up for other staff sticking to their arse like a dollop of shit.

Any opinions is welcome.

Your going to have to talk to the board of the school. They will then have a police officer ask the teacher a shit load of questions. And watch her for a long time. If she gets ANY bad reports they will take in consideration to firing her. I had the same problem.

I hate teacher like that get your parent involve ... screw that teacher they abuse there rights ... they are here to help not act like that ... i plan on being a teacher and i will never tolerate anything like this

Yeah when I was going to school I got in a fight with the gym teacher and I was walking away and he grabbed my arm and full on threw me against a wall and it took a while before anyone did anything about it but he got fired is just to try and tell someone about it and if anyone saw or heard help because usually no one will believe you

Yeah pisses me of soo much, it's like they think they're ultimately superior over you.

get your parents involved bad idea i did that to switch class because a teacher told me that i was going to get myself and everyone around me killed then called me a ****ing dumbass and the teacher started getting watched by the vice princapals but nothing else and she then started to grade me much harder like i would right my name sloppy and she would say she couldnt read it even though it was legible and give me a zero on it my grade went from a C to an F after just 2 weeks.

Oh wow I didn't know abusive teachers were common. I had an abusive English teacher, but nobody cared because she was funny. And my math teacher is really a dick, but he can be pretty unintentionally funny as well. I guess you should just tell the cops, but I don't know.

Sneak a camera in there and when she messes with you just pull out the cam.
