(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so i out of nowhere decided to get a ar15, i traded them for some headlights i had, from what i know theres no registration i have to do. Ive searched and I dont need a license to buy a rifle. I live in Texas. the gun is not stolen, checked the serial. My question is, do i need any documentation that i own the gun? do i have to report i have it and change it under my name? i know there some gun fanatics here, or some that know law. halp

There isn't a federal registry and Texas doesn't require you to do anything. Since this was a private sale no paper work is required. As long as you are 18 or older you are good to go.

It already came with a Red Dot its a aimpoint comp c 4 moa its pretty badass, you can change the intensity of the brightness, I like it so far. Going to a friends ranch to shoot some shit.

47 is the better weapon but you live in texas my friend and you can walk all day with it as long as you're not a felon

Ill eventually get a better gun, but for now this is just for fun to mess around. Yeah thats what i like about texas.
