I Think There Assholes, They Should Be Able Too Mod A Game That They Own. There Just A Bunch Of Money Grabbing Whores. Rockstar Has Allowed Modding In The Past So Its Not There Fault That There Take 2s Puppets, They Have Ruined The Game For Many Users. In My Eyes They Should Be Allowed Too On Story Mode, I See What There Saying About Online But Come On Story Mode :/ If Some How Take 2 Reads This.... YOUR A BUNCH OF MONEY GRABBING WHORES WHOS FUCKED THE COMMUNITY UP FOR EVERYONE WHO ENJOYS MODDING WATCH LESS PEOPLE PLAY NOW!!!

I don't know why you have two identical threads in two separate sections but that's neither here nor there. It simply was a cease and desist letter sent to the individuals who created OpenIV, which has been on PC for almost a decade now. The rampant misuse of the word illegal is edgy. Forbidden, banned, not allowed, any of those would make more sense and apply far better to the particular situation. Seeing how at best 'modding' just goes against their -- their being Take 2-- ToS. It'd be comical to say that charges would be filed if someone modded their game wouldn't it?
