I never said it was okay to mod, i just said it isn't illegal to mod and theres nothing to worry about, i don't care about Rockstar's TOS because i don't accept it so it doesn't apply to me and why did you ban me on shoutbox i never even did anything wrong all i said was hello then you muted me

They have different terms between on and offliine. Most games have a clause in there terms no matter what that you aren't to reverse engineer the game.

That's the thing, many don't usually care when it comes to single player games but they put that in to protect themselves. The fact that it's there and you have to agree to it in order to play the game plays in their favor for them to do things like this later on if they choose to enforce it.
