(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU

Just curious to see who's apart of the motorcycle community. Who rides a motorbike on NGU? Let me know and feel free to post a picture of your bike if you'd like :-) I'd like to see if there's anyone out there that shares the same passion as me for the 2 wheeled machines.

Anyways I ride a '2017 Yamaha YZF-R125 (Matte Black)'. It's an overrated bike and most certainly overpriced. However I'm into my Yamaha R-Series and I hope to be getting an R6 soon! :-)

Today Will Be Different
I've been riding motorcycles since I was about 8 years old. Started on dirtbikes and ended up riding TZ125s and TZ250s by the time I was 13. Got a little bit into roadracing with WERA for awhile. Been thinking about getting back into the sport. I currently ride a 2009 Kawasaki ZX6R and a 2008 Ducati 1098. The Ducati has an amazing and interesting back story that'll I'll probably share one day.

And bro, when you get that R6 you'll fall in love. I've rode a few over the years and in my opinion they're by far the best of the Japanese bikes. I only went with the ZX6R because I got a great deal on it.

I love the Ducati's, Kawasaki isn't my thing and it's very different in the UK to what it's like for you. You can get 14 year olds on 600cc bikes but only on tracks, however if you wanted one on road then you'd have to take your Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests and you'd have to be 21. It's a lot stricter over here.

I've always been quite curious about how licensing works across the pond. Honestly, although it's stricter I think it's for the better. We have a lot of people here who shouldn't be riding something with that much power with a lack of experience or the necessary skills really.

Toke pretty much got it. It's part of the garage. It's basically like a little workshop that's attached. It's where I do my welding, machining, and other odds and ends. Including storing my bikes. I do know a guy who has like $500k in collectible and rare Italian sportbikes who stores them in his house lol.

Low key I want to get another Ducati. My dad was the original owner of the one I own now. I just bought it last year from the third owner lol. I'd kill to have the money to buy a 1299 Superleggera. :wato:

I have no desire to become street meat, people drive so bad around here. I will play in the dirt though

Most of them will fit through the door pretty easy .. as long as they are clean and don't leak who cares.
