So long story short: I sold this item on eBay and shipped it to a buyer who's payment was not fully received, thanks to Paypal the transaction was canceled before I was able to claim it so I did not get his payment.

I have already tried contacting the buyer to no avail, along with eBay, Paypal, and UPS of the current situation, however, none of the information provided was advantageous to my case.

If anyone is interested in helping me track down this buyer I'm willing to offer a cash reward of 20 - 70$ leading to his contact and reprimanded.

I already helped him out, and this guy isn’t in the US he is in Spain. Turns out, the buyer carded the item & it chargebacked and he got a drop address & someone picked it up for him and mailed it to him.
