When I grow up I want to go to college and major in law to become a police officer.

Im going to go to college train to become a deck officer on an Oil Tanker and then eventually become a senior master (Captian) it's a really well paid job and there are fantastic travel oppourtunities, i don't want anymore than that.

When I grow up... I'd like to be doing something I love to do, because face it unless your happy whats the point?

money isn't everything and it never will be no need to dwell your whole life on some government formulated material object.

Right now, I am slated to be a rifleman in the Marines, but after seeing an airshow I think I am going to pursue flying in the USMC

It costs well over $200,000 to get the necessary licenses to fly a big aircraft like that, look into joining your country's air force and flying C130s. You dont have to pay that whopping $200,000 and get invaluable flying experience in the military. Commercial Airlines look for people out of the military with flying experience-they are worth their weight in gold.
