Well at work, I listen to A LOT of radio. Recently heard on the radio that due to the depression, Burger King has decided to start selling beer. I was skeptical at first and didn't believe it so I texted my cousin while at work and had him research it. Sure enough they are selling beer at Burger King in Miami. Next on the list is New York, and a few other places that will start doing this.
Now other fast food joints like McDonalds and such are considering it. It kind of made me laugh. Couldn't have been a better year to turn 21(Legal drinking age where I live). Can only hope Louisiana is on the list soon. Will be nice being able to go through BK drive through for a nice cold one.
They were laughing because burger king will now have to find a way to get customers to leave after so long. Take Hooters for instance. They have those damn uncomfortable chairs which make your legs fall asleep. They have their heads on straight. If you stay in that chair all night, they make less money. They need you to be just comfortable enough to go there and enjoy yourself, but get out your chair and leave so new customers can come in after so long.
Anyways, anyone else get any insight on this? Maybe even the list of states that were getting this update? Would be nice to see a list to know if there's hope for where I stay.

ST. LOUIS – Burger King announced last week that it is about to begin selling beer, an effort to better compete with casual dining restaurants, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
The burger giant will begin selling Anheuser-Busch and MillerCoors products at a new Whopper Bar opening next month in South Beach, Florida, the company's first U.S. location to sell beer. Beer will be sold in special aluminum bottles and cost $4.25. As part of a Whopper-beer combo, the total will be $7.99, roughly $2 more than the same combo meal with a fountain drink.
Burger King plans to open additional Whopper Bars in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City and Malaga, Spain, where beer sales may also follow. The company is not expected to sell beer at its conventional Burger King restaurants.
Meh, I want an updated list on who though. None of those are even near me. -.-
