Post: Does anyone play PS3 on a projector?

has anyone got or played on one that could tell me what the quality is like, i dont play on a HD tv so im used to not having amazing picture but i just dont want it to be terrible

DONT, Thats it, I have one, ballacks to it, lasted by about 6 months, then ull end up forking out £400 for a new bulb man!

Yes, I used to play my xbox 360 on a projector. Only buy one if you can afford the hanging screen for it also. Otherwise I don't recommened it. I got rid of mine 2 weeks after I bought it.

Youll pay more in new bulbs than the projectior is worth. Save the money or get a HDMI capable tv, you won't regret that.

Yeah but all the new Tvs need bulbs all the time too. Everything just cost to damn much now

I had thought about it, but people told me the quality wouldn't be as good as a HDTV. So I sprung for the HDTV and mounting equipment.

Your call though.

Projector - Bigger viewing space; Less Quality if you get a shitty projector.
HDTV - Smaller viewing space (depending on size of TV); better quality through HDMI.


If you get a projector at least look for a HD one.

the screen isnt tht bright in sunlight, unlike tv's so thts a disadvantage

Heres a good idea projecter for night when its dark and your normally tv for day time
