Some of them don't even realize a free alternative exists, which is why it's great for us to have our threads mixed in. They see ours, like it, then buy.
Now, they have an entire free forum. Why would someone go into the paid services forum? Theres zero point in paying for the exact same end product. There is zero difference between a paid service and a free one.
