Which do you need to re-write EBOOT.BIN or self file, in order to give Cheat effect on CoD G online by　using CCAPI?

tried to make cheat of God mode by usgin CCAPI on CEX machine.
It worked offline, but did not work at all online.
What was the problem?
Can any one tell?

For the god mode to work online you need to be host.
