Im sure i'll get groaned at and made fun of, but, how do i get the eboot to the point where i can actually read the text as you stated? i open the eboot.bin file with Hxd hex editor and i get a bunch of spanglish garbled garbage...

i found the text in the eboot, but how exactly do i change the offset? can someone please help without putting me down, i'd appreciate it

the eboot.bin is an encrypted file and can't be "read" using a hex editor. Use something like ProDG TM / Debugger, load the game, attach the process and find the offset like that.
