Exactly, I've been seeing this for quite some time.

I believe it's done on the PS3 and then the CoD account transferred over. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Also, to the people that actually know, please, reply and let me know what can be done on the PS4?

That's the only way I know of ps3 transferring account over to PS4 but i dont know about godmode
