First you will need to get console manager and find a program thats CEX/CCAPI compatible and type in the ip and connect

CEX is a retail. If you have a jailbroken ps3 your best bet is to go to dex with this thread

yeah i just bought one yesturday mainly for the cod mods but this ps3 is on 3.55 jailbroken so i really dont know where to start as to what are the best pakages to install
