I was interested in using a few modding tools on the "Call of Duty: Ghosts Mods, Cheats, and Glitches" Forum but I run into a few problems with the PS3 IP. I've gone into PS3 Network Settings and I copy the IP Address stated there but when I try connect using the tool, it says "unable to connect". I'm just looking for some help!

P.S. I'm a complete beginner in PS3 Modding.

Make sure your ps3 is on a cfw and if you are you'll most likely be running cex so download control console API (google download link) connect on that first before you attempt to connect via rte
