Depends on what you want to host rtm or patch mod menus or just eboot mods but your best bet is rebug Rex 4.46 with rebug unofficial 4.50 spoofer and if you want to rtm install ccapi unless you want to rtm mod menus then you can just switch to rebug dex takes less then 10 seconds with the right files, also if you want to go online use psid 1.06 to disable cfw sycalls so how about that 20 psn
