(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i download a RTE tool but when i try to open it i get a error saying the application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b) can someone please help me with this?

Install newest .net framework. 4.5.1 i believe.

what computer system are you using ---what rte program , and what cfw ---need some details
