what kind of ban is it? if it says "this console is permanently banned" then you need to find a new ID for your console which we cannot talk about or provide at this website. if it says " this profile(User 1) has been permanently banned" then you just need to make a new account and download an anti-ban tool which can be found in the call of duty modding tools section of this forum. follow the instructions on how to use the tool and you will be good to go.
