But what I do know is that on xbox they have this but no one have ported the program for xbox and make it like ps3.
Is this a coming feature or is it just impossible to do?

It's possible but good it hasn't been released

For xbox it has. Search for Call of duty ghosts All client stats editor or something like that.

There use to be All Client Stats on PS3 for Ghosts, SC58, Tustin and like 2 other people had them. But SC58 told me it got patched.
