Online or Local? Debugged Eboot?

I'm on the same system setup. Make sure you have a debugged eboot, dex works the best for me. But I use console control with dex settings on rtm tools though. Only reason is because it allows me to play up to 8 hours without freezing for some reason. If you have browniie's rtm tool at the very top left corner there is an Extras tab, click that and go to EBOOT>The EBOOT you want. He has force host and non-host debugged eboots on there. Hope this helps.

If you can't use filezilla like myself, just click on the File Explorer on target manager and drag the EBOOT into the proper file location and then click the refresh button and you should be good to go.

Oh and make sure your Ethernet cable is properly connected.

I dont know what happened, i updated the dex eboot / both self files & update pkg tools connect & attach but i cannot mod any data at all?

Maybe a bad EBOOT? Try using another one and see if it works.. if not turn your ps3 on/off. I remember when I wasn't using the right EBOOT I could Connect but not attach properly.

also are you using a 1.07 eboot on 1.09? there is no forcehost eboot for 1.09
