Not sure what the chances are of you getting banned, but i know that the 1.07 anti bans worked like a charm. People have released 1.09 anit ban tools and have had many comments saying that they do not work, so i would give a few more days until they actually release a real 1.09 anti ban tool...

Don't risk it if you don't want to get banned.. but I used cheat protection before the patch & it worked for 90% of the time as long as you set it up correctly. I was modding for a few hours.. then got off for the night then woke up & I was banned. Make sure you are using a good tool. (I suggest br0wniiez Ghosts RTM Tool 1.6.1) thats what I use.
