No there aren't, and deranking someone isn't possible on Ghosts. Or at least I don't know how. I've tried putting the XP amount negative but that doesn't work.

It also sets them so far neg that they cant get on servers youre like level -23

All you have to do is change your prestige on the tool... many tools in the You must login or register to view this content. sub forum like Mango_Knife's tool have functions for editing stats, in your case editing prestige. His tool also has a button for changing your level to level 1 or level 60.
