Currently it's not possible for OFW users to mod on Ghosts without a jailbroken PS3.

I think the only thing you can do with OFW is save game mods apart from that you need a jailbroken PS3.

pretty sure you can still get satcom/dog/maniac as support if you have someone add it to your account, and squadpoints, backgrounds and such. but thats about it
