You might want to try and change your mac address if you haven't done it already they may have banned that since you keep getting banned. I have the same problem and I will be changing mine later to see if that makes any difference. Good luck

If it says your console device has been banned off of ghosts when you get onto the game then it means your console ID has been banned, meaning even if you change your mac address it won't do anything as they've banned your console ID. I don't even think they're banning mac addresses.

I understand that but why is it i can still mod on other COD games with the same CID that is supposed to be banned from Ghost and then when i try to go on Ghost i get this console device has been banned after i try to login?Is there some kind of delay in there CID banning system it has been almost 12 hours since i first got that message? And i can still play on other CODs but i don't want use another CID yet until i know this one is deffenitly banned.

Most newer games like Ghosts check for a CID before signing on. Instead of getting sony to mass ban CIDs on ps3s for all games it was easier for games to set up their own banning system. So your console was banned from Ghosts not psn.

Because your console ID is only banned off of Ghosts, no other game lol. Sony isn't banning you here. Infinity Ward is, and they're banning your console ID from being able to access ghosts.
