Sorry to tell you this but you're going to have to get have someone go onto your account and change your prestige. This happens quite a bit when modding your prestige. Has happened to me a lot of times when I have done recoveries.

I know I need someone to go on my account to fix it that's what I'm looking for, so is there someone that can fix it for me
