nvm i all ready did all that i guess its the title update 1.10 doing this as it happen too a few buddys of mine i guess thats the problem but oh well idc no biggie, thank you all for you help anyways
oh i just tryed bles game just now same problem, soo i guess it the title update or somthing its hard telling

ok i help you
1- If you mod or use ccapi and sometime freeze Ps3 and rebuild file system, most time corrupt data game ( with CoD most frequent) and the game not work properly....and need the format hdd.....If you fix this error try this step
2-Backup your data ; format hdd ; restore the data ; ( if when you restore the data PS3 system ask you that rebuild database its normal....) for me most time (100%) the case working (fix) the problem!!!!! try this way and let me know if working for you
