are you using any type of modded eboot like a debug eboot because that can get you banned

On mine I have to change the CID everytime i get back on, but only to the one that i primarily use. It goes back to the factory assigned console ID when i turn it off. You might already know this Idk. Anything can help

Stop using public ID's.
